Advisory Board Members

Hon. William A. Chatfield
In 2004, President George W. Bush appointed Chatfield as Director of the Selective Service System, where he oversaw the nation’s readiness to implement military conscription if required. His leadership in this role reflected both his deep military background and his commitment to national preparedness.
Beyond government service, Chatfield has worked as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C., and continues to support veteran causes. He serves on the advisory board of the Travis Manion Foundation and the honorary board of the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (T.A.P.S.), two organizations dedicated to assisting veterans, service members, and their families.
In 2016, Chatfield was selected as a member of Donald Trump’s presidential transition team. As the team’s advisor on Veterans Affairs reform, he contributed to vetting and recommending candidates for key cabinet and staff positions. His career reflects a consistent dedication to military service, veteran advocacy, and national leadership.
